Not sure about the website but on the app you can choose between C+ and CR. If I click on Cash it shows the Classic Plus price. If I click on Rewards it shows the Classic Rewards price.

Yeah I agree. You just need to go out to the shops and observe. Almost everyone pays with their phones (and sometimes by card) these days, regardless of surcharge. It will only be the savvy and avid points collectors that will worry about the surcharge vs points earn.

Good point. To those complaining that CR+ will make CR harder to get, you just need to be more loyal, become a P1, and you can have your fill of CR seats. Problem solved.
