When I am able, I ask to be shown the upgraded room first. It is not always the best room and I usually book the room I am comfortable with anyway.

I got through twice this morning . The first time was about 5am and waited for about 40 minutes. The second time around 8 o'clock and got through in about 1 minute both times HBA very friendly and efficient. In other words I got what I wanted 😅

I never received any SNU upgrades when I renewed platinum last year. I actually never thought very much about them until recently I was going to give them a call and overnight they have arrived in my account - possibly that was part of the it glitches as well. These ones though expire at the end...

They are a lot less this year for some reason. I used to get them regularly then it stopped and my partner used to get them and it has stopped for him as well. The only one I received this year was something like spend a $170 for four weeks which wasn't going to happen.

Did you have no side effects when you just stopped? I had to wean off very slowly because when I tried to go quicker I was as stiff as a board and couldn't move ...that was most unpleasant.
