Yes indeed but the main draw of Premier is the ability to open a US checking account. Then you just use revolut or whatever to fund it.

I don't have an Amex checking account but if it is a real checking account the details should be somewhere, e.g. welcome email, or somewhere else. Maybe try asking amex how to make an ACH transfer to your account and see if they give you the right details.

IMHO it is easiest to use some sort of low fee money transfer service, e.g. wise, remitly, revolut, etc. You will need to do your due diligence and find the one with the lowest fees and best service for your situation, although in my experience, they often have similar fees and rates etc to each...
