Only anecdotal evidence, but on a 777 flight I took back in June there were 3 of us in the cabin drinking Krug, and based on the number of refills we all had I'm confident they had stocked multiple bottles.

The term "VIP Host" would be far more accurate given their remit. Flying QF F doesn't get you "F Host" service - at least I've never encountered it in my dozens of F flights as either WP or LTG.

As predicted, no invite to the special area in SYD yesterday as I was flying BA F. The average champagne offering of Piper ran out after my first glass, this was at about 1pm. Guess the Monday morning fliers drank more than expected.
