You are correct. FBs transferred over to VF. So return was 2.09% - even worsen, but consistent with others. 1619842443 It’s listed in March FB transactions.

I auto-transferred 161,000 FBs for 81,500 VF and got 2000 VF bonus points. I make that to be a 2.45% bonus. Like others, never again. But returns do seem very variable.

I was eventually able to get 2 bottles in NSW with the $15 delivery. Wouldn’t allow standard free delivery, which is annoying and hard to understand. Even more annoyingly, SB has only tracked at 4% rather than 15% - follow-up needed.

I have one $400 credit expiring tomorrow. No extension when requested on chat, despite difficulty using it for anything. Have booked accommodation in London for Sept and hope to get a refund/further credit if have to cancel. But poor show by AMEX not to extend recent and upcoming credits, given...

They’d benefit many more customers by removing the punitive and unnecessary 3-yr points expiry.

I’ve made afew BWS purchases from Shopasave app in recent months, as 5% cashback sometimes best offer at time, which have all tracked except one. But none of them have progressed to payable, dating back to late Sept. And customer service non-responsive. Anyone else used/had issues?

That was exactly my plan! Sadly scuppered.

Changed my plan and cancelled card, after being told flight could only be booked for cardholder, not spouse. Can’t see why it would be so restrictive, but annual fee no longer justified on that basis.
