Can they be used for ATO, council tax, other government type payments?

Can’t remember TBH. But purchase registered in my EW app and states zero normal points, with e-receipt, so I have evidence for retro-claim. Overall offer T&C states bonus points can take up to 14 days but that included Uber which appeared immediately. I’ve taken photo of T&C just in case.

I bought Uber GC and got bonus points immediately. But also bought Spotify GC which still shows 0 points earn after 3 days. Anyone else had this issue?

Hadn’t thought of that! But surely if you have booked tix and added FF number before potential plug pull, they would still have to honour? Or is that very naive?

Did you get Westpac cashback each time? I only got bonus email for first purchase, despite subsequent purchases tracking normally. I knew StG was once only, but Westpac was supposed to be multi-use I thought.

Does anyone have experience of Row 12A or K on older 787? It’s the only window adjacent seat left, but in front of galley, though not toilet. Is there much noticeable noise? I don’t fancy the aisle adjacent seats due to less privacy, and I think they may have a little less leg room when flat.

Tried app and website, couldn’t see a way to add VFF, or anything except Etihad Guest number. May have been my own incompetence, had to go through chat to add in the end. And yes, will definitely be scrutinising the boarding passes after reading above!

I’d like to add Velocity number to upcoming Etihad flights, but can’t see how to. Etihad app only offers ‘Etihad Guest’ as FF option in drop down menu. Am I missing something? Can it be done online?
