you had extroadinary badluck for your wifi to "rarely" work. Or did it just not work compared to your home NBN speed? It's been noted that VA is upgrading all their planes with wifi, it doesn't happen overnight.

Everytime I fly VA I receive free bags, wifi very rarely an issue. I'd imagine it may be occasionally not reliable on QF, could be wrong, maybe it's perfect on QF. Do QF provide beer & wine for all ?

Both in past, more so about flights. I assumed being the WP help line they could help with well basically most issues. Not the case. No biggie, I just get on my preferred form of contact, on the mobile.

I've contacted the velocity platinum team just a few times over the years and they seems to always reply with, 'this isn't our area or expertise, either call this number or this email'. I can't say they've been overly helpful and I'm not sure of their exact specialised area. I have much better...

Yes it's really great immediate value when multiple, in this case 2x$500 cards are purchased and on multiple accounts. Then the QF points really grows quick and the option to redeem for J int becomes a reality, well maybe just Y. I'm happy to plug along, buy what I can find with Coles & WW...
