I spent a long time on the phone with Qantas wine this morning and was told I will not be getting my delivery, can you advise who you spoke with and how you managed to convince them?
We also were charged a parking ticket fine in South Africa, we were only advised of the date and location which matched when we were there, but we are still unsure what we did wrong but it was a small amount so we didnt dispute it
I qualified back in July also, and phoned ANZ to question the delay. They are very unhelpful and now want me to call Qantas frequent flyer. I am going to wait for one more statement in the next few days before I phone Qantas. I can imagine that ANZ and Qantas frequent flyer will blame each other.
There is plenty of food in the club lounge, maybe have some of that then try the appetisers, we found food in Emirates business better than most airlines
You can not fly Qantas to Johannesburg unless you want to fly for 23 hours stopping in Sydney and Melbourne, a direct flight with SA is less than 10 hours.
