Always seems a bit of a hassle to chase up nights, that should be an easy computer algorithm. Well done on the Gold; I did the same and booked a few nights to reach Platinum. Will see what extra perks that brings in person.

Has anyone used the SNU at the Sofitel Fiji? I’m trying to work out if I can make a booking for a Family Room and use the SNU for 2 of the nights in the planned 8 night stay.

This is something that still confuses me, and now that I’ve reached Platinum I want to make sure I maximise my time at this level! “IF” there is another fast track in 2025 I should travel enough (personal and work) to make up remaining nights. My A+ says I’m a member until end September 2025...

I find the online form, or via the app, the best way to request the nights be credited. But it won't allow you to submit a form unless it is outside of the 8 days from your stay.
