Anyone has any recent experience with setting up wechat/ alipay? (as a foreign visitor to China) I was able to set up Alipay, and linking an Aust credit card to it. But I did not have to verify my passport. Just wondering if there is a step missing, cos someone mentioned needing to verify passport.

does the app tell you something has changed? or do you have to compare and check the flight times?

I am not sure that they are any better than any other decent quality luggage. The polycarbonate ones definitely do crack. Their wheels are not the quietest. Even if they are covered by warranty, what about the turn around time. What happens when you are in the middle of a trip?

update they called back late afternoon (? 8 hours) had to change the PIN then had to update the security questions also to set up the authenticator, but OK to do this later on my own. there was also something mentioned about 2FA email, but I didn't quite get it
