My understanding is that there is one meal per flight - that does not mean it will contain meat. It may still be vegetarian. Qantas spokesperson stated as much.

You haven’t given any context as to who you’re trying to fly, when, to where, the class, number of passengers. Assume you’re trying to use EK points?

So in good news, QF released seats SYD-HND so I was able to cancel my JL flight and rebook on that before the expiry deadline.

Thanks for the response. I hope that's the case but I suspect as it's a route change it will be a re-ticket irrespective of validity. Unfortunately the route I need is very specific due to a redemption I have on QR to VIE. I'll just have to wait and see when JL open up to partners again :(

Doesn't show on AA either. Although some say you might be able to call and book it over the phone for AA and it's just an online issue; not sure if that is the same for Qantas - but up until August 5, there was inventory - now none online.

I really am not. If you go to the Flyertalk AA forum the same issue is being discussed - no inventory available after Aug 5.

I think I’ve also stated other partners don’t have access - like AA - and there is essentially none on any route apart from that one to CBR. So it’s not just QFF.

Well it’s not available to AA either. And you keep finding to CBR only. But you seem quite good at this so anything you can find around 9/10 July? :) I’d live with CBR and then routing back to SYD
