Urgh.So the 10.20 is now a 333 - four hours earlier - with rewards available. A little early for my liking - decisions, decisions.

Interesting that my return flight PER-SYD is showing J0 - while the earlier flight (by two hours), which is a 332, is J9. Wonder if they will consolidate.

It’s definitely flying - just hard to predict when.

These are award tickets - so booking early is really the only option (none are currently available for any of the flights in J on my days of travel). Anyway, checked Expert Flyer and the SYD-PER flights definitely don't look even slightly full on those days (showing plenty of J availability)...

Hi all, Booked Sydney to Perth for Easter, flying Sunday 28th March and returning 5th. When I booked both flights were A330s. Then the Sydney Christmas outbreak happened - all flights on the 28th are now 737s, and only one flight on the 5th is an A330. Given borders are now open (touch wood)...

That would be appreciated :) We have a long layover in HKG before we travel to SGN, so will spend some time at The Pier lounge, but it's always nice to start a holiday well. But if it's the same old lounge, we won't turn up that early.

Hard to find any updates on the business lounge refurb - whether has started, when it is due to be completed, etc. We have a booking on CX over Christmas. Previous visits to the lounge have been pretty dire - wonder whether it will be improved by then?

We had the same boarding process. I guess because they normally have the 747? We didn’t have an issue with the economy passengers though, and it barely impacted service - and champagne refills :) Our crew were excellent again.
