    Cancelled in March for both trips in April, full refund of reward points and taxes paid (minus CC fee).

    Yep I had the same flights to S.Korea for April and cancelled them early March. One of the more pleasant and straightforward airlines to deal with, all it took was one phone call and everything was refunded back to me within a week.

    Assuming yours was an item shipped from Harvey Norman, send them an email here They normally respond within the day, at least mine did and gave me a tracking number.

    I'm not from Taiwan but absolutely hate it when I tell people that I am flying China Airlines and they give me this disgusted look "are you sure an airlines from China is safe?" Love Taiwan and love flying China Airlines, wouldn't mind it if they changed their name :)

    Yep exactly why I would prefer to keep all points under the one account. If that's the case, does option 2 work for me? I unpool our Velocity accounts and transfer all my VF points to Mrs MMM. Has anybody done this before?
