CheckMyTrip Update - No more desktop access or ticket numbers

I have also left a scathing app store review on the new update. May be useful to leave bad reviews there also as more public to future potential users (and spur action from the developers!)

    Qantas MEL-HKG QF29/30 Delayed; A380 for SYD-HKG route

Checking on expert flyer, that day must be getting flown by an upgraded A380. My flight on May 31 is showing 2-2-2 in J, yours is showing 1-2-1 and has the correct number of rows in business for the refurbed version

    Qantas MEL-HKG QF29/30 Delayed; A380 for SYD-HKG route

From this morning I can select Row 5 of the F cabin as an NB (and happily did!), looks like they have opened that row for selection across all the A380 QF127 flights (I looked up a few to check, cant promise its all flights), I would jump on for a look if you are on one of them!

CheckMyTrip Update - No more desktop access or ticket numbers

Re CMT, If you are not logged in to the website I cant find where to login, but on a computer where I was logged in previously my session is still active and can see all the relevant details from upcoming trips. This is on their 'How to Login' webpage: 'Please note that some CheckMyTrip users...

Self Accommodation on QF Points Booking

Would Jetstar count as a ‘partner airline’ in this scenario? Have a classic rewards JQ fare later in the year (in combo with QF Dom J to connect to JQ J). Inevitable JQ schedule change would be nice to have this option

Worst Domestic Qantas Lounges & What Can be Done About It?

On the HBA redevelopment, I happen to know there is currently a tender out for the early works including road realignment and service relocations right now, to start in probably April ahead of a main contractor starting on the main terminal in the latter end of this year. The tender is real and...

Qantas to release thousands of Classic Reward seats in Y, PE, J, F on 24 Feb 2023 around 11am

Same, wanted QF6 in late June to make our trip home a bit easier. Currently going MXP-DXB-HKG-MEL-HBA with first leg in Y, rest in J and 24 hours in dubai. Would rather make it an easier FCO-PER-SYD-HBA, but alas it didnt seem there were any to be had (or I couldnt get it to work anyway)

    Qantas MEL-HKG QF29/30 Delayed; A380 for SYD-HKG route

Looks like they are doing the shuffling now, our QF127 on May 31 has switched to 380 on MMB and there is an article on ET explaining the switch and delay to QF29/30 restarting. We have QF30 coming back on June 30 which still exists and showing as A330 (after their mid june planned restart)

    QF11/12 SYD-LAX reducing the A380 to 6 times weekly.

But by cancelling the MEL to HGK and routing MEL passengers through Sydney on A380, that does free up 2 x A330's. Don't disagree with you though, logically seems to make much more sense to keep A380 on those routes. Maybe they are seeing very strong HKG demand after went back on sale?

    QF11/12 SYD-LAX reducing the A380 to 6 times weekly.

They have removed some MEL-HKG flights from sale, as discussed at link below, which does line-up with the article Qantas MEL/HKG QF29/30 Disappear

Qantas Promises to Fix Ongoing Reward Flight Ticketing Failures

I think you will find those buttons are just SimonR32's email app suggesting possible responses, not anything QF has added

    Qantas MEL-HKG QF29/30 Delayed; A380 for SYD-HKG route

https://airlinehubbuzz.com/qantas-a380-to-hong-kong/ This was linked to in another forum, looks like starting to implementing the changes. My guess is you will get re-routed through Sydney unfortunately. We are coming back on QF30 on June 29 but can still book that and is beyond the date the...

Interline Baggage - Three PNRs - Revenue and Reward Bookings - QF&CX

Hi All, Read up all I can on this but a slightly different question that I couldn't find a good answer for. Travelling HBA-qf-SYD-qf-HKG-cx-LHR in June, on what is unfortunately going to be three separate PNRs. Not ideal but a combination of finding J/F tickets this late in the piece and not...
