If its Amex then, No. Amex biz card is usually reported on on your personal file, if the director has had an Amex in past 18mo (either personal or biz) then they are not eligible for a SUB. If you have more than one director maybe then there is a workaround that you could explore.

Open a HSBC Prem in Aus. Wire 9k in/out of that account every month (there are other ways as well like maintaining high bal etc) and you would qualify as Prem regardless of the country you open an HSBC a/c in.

it was pretty straight forward, I was instantly approved...no docs required... I'll suggest instead go for the Amex Biz checking account currently offering 50k MR points...if you are ok with the SUB requirements specially this one - Maintain an average account balance of $5,000 for the next 60...

I've been in the pop jail for past 2-3 months. I've been approved for 3Amex's in past 6-7 months and been trying to get a 4th one... I tried using different browsers, incognito mode but nothing worked so finally what worked was to use someone's referral link logged in via Miami IP address (VPN)...

The CC Pro's of the US market suggest to only accept an upgrade offer if you have earned a SUB on that card previously by directly applying for it...upgrade offers usually come with no lifetime language which means you can double dip/triple dip etc...have a read about this topic and then decide.....
