Good call team - quick search on Google Flights just now shows only Trip,Com offers a comparable business fare (IF it's really available) with the rest on par with Amex.

Agree 100% that Amex flight credits are best used for simple return or one-way flights... that dont happen over the weekend or out of hours!!! Using flight credit is the only time I even bother looking at Amex Travel.

I hear what you are saying and indeed the Red e-deal is almost the same ($443 / $459.83) but huge difference in Business (Qantas $898 / Amex $1,551.74). No idea why 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ Was looking get best bang for buck using the flight credit + DSC offer to get over the line for LTG + WP requal...
