Think you will really enjoy Suomenlinna Island. A valid HSL ticket can be used on the ferry (Suomenlinna is in ticket zone A). An AB day ticket might be best choice as it allows unlimited travel for 24 hours not only on the ferry but also on trams, buses, commuter trains and metro in A and B zones.

sadly(?) not really my field of expertise - was keeping a look-out for any interesting course locations during our July circumnavigation of Iceland by road for a golf-loving Aussie friend and her English husband. But I can add some brief detail to the thread as the island is well worth a visit...

If you like playing golf… Iceland has more than 60 courses (15 are 18 hole courses) and all are available to visitors. "Funnest" course we saw was on Heimaey island in the Westman Islands group.

I'm in a similar situation - have held the Latitude/ 28 degrees card for a very long time but now retired. It's beyond frustrating that NO financial institution seems to understand that there are a fairly significant number of retirees who DO have sufficient income to manage $20k or $30k CC...
