My problem was that my 50SC from first achieving Green Tier were credited last August and I achieved all 5 leaves for the second time this August. So I wouldn't have been doubling up at all yet they were still adamant that they'd be credited after my FF year ended in February 2024.

Agreed, although this is the executive in charge of loyalty specifically and presumably had some role in Green Tier's development. A better way forward would be for Qantas to get this right, their terms and conditions to be accurate and just do the stuff they say they will. I've no sympathy...

Agreed. I did try this and CC'd Olivia Wirth on my email and low and behold, a reply from Ms Wirth and 50SCs that same day. Quite ridiculous but there you go. I did mention that perhaps a tidy up of the T&Cs might be in order given the confusion.
