The flights in the QF app that were showing as "on request" are now showing as confirmed so a good result. Now just need to get my seats back that I'd selected (and paid for). It is worrying though that this could have happened and that it took me stumbling upon it to find out!

Just logged in to Q app and flights are back albeit showing as on request so that's a start! Hopefully they go through and we get our biz seats back. If not I've found some seats back in business via a bit of a convoluted route that I'll book. Thanks for all of your help, I'll update once...
