I just checked with Velocity customer service and yes it needs to be a fuel transaction . Going to be some unhappy people when their points don’t eventuate!

I feel that if it didn't specify 'BP Fuel' in the T&C of the email you would be entitled to think shop purchases would be included.

It says BP Fuel... does this mean buying a drink from the shop doesn't count?

Hi all. We messed up with the FlyBuys :( and can't find his plastic Velocity card. So far, have eStore, Wilsons, Sendle and Onsport. Any suggestions for a final partner purchase that doesn't require the plastic? I guess we're looking at Skybus or Midas?

Do you mean use a family members Flybuys to purchase Velocity points for someone? I hadn’t thought of that... Flybuys is the last purchase for my sons account, waiting on some bonus points that are taking forever, 2000 for linking eBay and Flybuys.
