Strange I hear so many negative stories about Jetstar, I must be very lucky because I have flown Jetstar on numerous occasions and never had a problem. I find the cabins quite spacious and comfortable, the attendants are more Target than DJs but don't mind that at all.

Yes you can transfer out. You can transfer in from a family member. So, I could transfer to my son, and then from him to Business Rewards? How very stupid!

Can’t be the card as used many times before no problem, and payment has gone through, still pending. No points deducted yet so that may be the problem. Now 7 days since booking 🙁
