Hi All, I had a recent flight out of SIN T3, and I saw firsthand, the reactions on the SQ KF lounge policy for guests, not on the same flight. Not only was it public, but it looked like SQ were annoying some of their best customers. Travelling as a VA GL customer, I'd forgotten about this...

I did recently have a Y points flight on SQ. On checkin, I used the J checkin lines and showed my digital VA gold pass. They added VA GL to the boarding pass and no issues at the lounge.

Just went to book something further and they are back to 1%...

Interesting in SYD tonight, they closed the lounge just after 8p when there was still flights to depart. The flight to BNE was delayed 20 mins but still other flights later tonight. I thought they would keep the lounge open until the last flight. Perhaps with a Skelton level of staff...
