Thanks. Yes she currently has a Green Card. At least that is one option to call up and still get another AMEX. The cost of the ITIN application using a company put us off tbh. But I guess it is worth it in the long run..

It should be. I got my first AMEX GT in Dec 23 (no SSN, as I kept getting rejected while trying it as I had no credit history). I then got a capital one secure card using my SSN. Same address etc so hoping everything will be linked. I thought I already had my fico score as I can see my scores...

So you can transfer AUD directly in from an Aus bank account, convert to USD, then transfer directly to USA bank account? I have setup an account with them. There was an option for location country of account, I chose an Australian account, unsure if I should have chosen a USA one...
