Sorry, that want very clear. I mean seach on the vinomofo site by pack size/value rather than individual bottle value.
When I have vouchers I am looking for the individual bottles or small packs to capitalise.
- Red Claw has a bit of grunt to it.
- Moore's Hill is a good oaky option
- finewineco has Nanny Goat for $30 on their front page if you can have someone price match (not tried but Central Otago usually a go to for big pinot)
Hahaha... I do often think that the water glasses have a better bowl than the wine glasses at many restaurants (especially when the stubby RSL stems are offered)
The Diam is a manufactured cork, probably more resilient than natural cork.
The Diam 2 is one of the most porous in the range and is geared more towards short term cellaring. The higher the number, the less oxygen the Diam cork lets into the bottle.
A couple of left-field shiraz I have enjoyed lately:
- Luke Lambert $37.6
- Viceroy Beyond the Pines $25.6
For whites, sub $30 Cullen Grace Madeline is good value.
I havent looked at much though. There is a (don't believe exhaustive) PDF attached if that helps.
Fantastic. I reckon this outshines a recent, similar vintaged Clonakilla SV.
If anyone over-stockpiled on the 18's. I would be happy to grab a few more.
@TheRealTMA i was able to pick up a bottle of CF White Pinot really cheap. However, it is 2018. Do you know if these last a couple of years or is it already way past its prime?
