I’ve been denied a change after a month - apparently “I should have called earlier”. This was through the call center though - I’m guessing doing it online removes the human factor.

I can’t wait for the train to be back again. I’ve been flying international short haul which departs from the main terminal, and the bus there and back takes too long. Hopefully in 20-whatever-it-is-now it’ll be convenient again to pop into the satellite lounge for a flight from the main terminal.

This is definitely wrong. I’ve added flights to an existing booking to bring it up to the cap. I think the computer will automatically calculate the points to cap at 318K? What are your flight legs & carriers? It would be worth checking that your itinerary is a valid OWA.
