Is there a way to see the total amount of taxes & fees paid on a OWA if changes have been made and a new e-ticket has been issued? The latest e-ticket will only show the tax difference in the latest changes. I'm guessing it's a matter of manually looking through all the issued e-tickets.

Well, the Malaysia-based staff can definitely speak English. Whether or not they entertain your request to speak English is probably up to them. IME, some agents ask you to call the global line, but some will speak English with you. Yeah, I think it's worth a try.
