I think we should ask Velocity to give additional points as penalty as they did not meet their terms and conditions. It's not just one member but hundreds of members waiting for points and they did not meet their timelines

I have used this card in the past in Belgium/France and the currency conversion was quite competitve. Unless you are after ff points and don't want to spend your cash , I would recommend the Wise/Macquarie debit card which are good with conversion rates. YMMV

I was told that the points will land on 31st July and if they are not posted by end of day today you might want to contact the customer service. Also when you can do request them to check if you were eligible for the bonus points in the first place. Just like you , keeping my fingers crossed...
