Seems to be very store specific with variable pricing. I found this price at one store but not the next as I worked my way outward in distance. Worth looking around if your keen. Looks to be 2018 vintage

I would start a dialogue with CR. I find short emails to gather the information you are after by asking questions is helpful whilst expressing disappointment in the denied CB. Another important factor is to express that you only made the purchase because of the CB and that if this is denied it...

My experience is that if the sitewide offer is not explicitly listed by CR in the offer section that accompanies the CB then they are likely to deny the claim. Often these types of offers are listed but I cannot confirm this was the case this time. Others may be more of a help on this matter
