This was the same situation i was in, currently Silver with zero Elite Miles. You will need to transfer 250k to earn 50k Elite miles

So my situation is that i was KF Silver with an expiration date of 31st Jan 2022. I transferred from Amex enough points to equal 250,000 Kris Flyer miles in early Jan 2022 and therefore was upgraded to Gold under the "Conversion of bank points to KrisFlyer miles promotion" with my KF Gold now...
