5:00am to 10:00am are good for those in Melbourne (and Brisbane) who typically travel interstate in the morning but not good for anybody visiting Melbourne and typically going through the evening rush from 4.00pm to say 7:00pm.

I'm a bit surprised with 30 mins. The extra walk is not that far really, as I mentioned earlier the two issues are having the priority lane and the high frequency of false flagging of bags through the machines. Even the scanners flag you a lot more incorrectly so a bit more teething issues...

Hah, I did the same thing (6k limit). As I'm keeping this card it wasn't inadequate as I kept on hitting the limit most months - I increased the limit separately.

I went through Security around 6.00am yesterday and there was no priority screening lane. My bag got flagged (as did most others), but they didn't really check it much and gave it straight back to me.

I've done the walk from T4 drop off to T4 security many times and I suspect it to be a lot longer than T3 drop off and the walk back to the T4 security. Dropping off at T4 will remove the painful waiting to get up the ramp for drop off during peak times, (avoidable if dropping off in the 1 min...

After getting this card and thinking about what I had to go through to get the points, I bailed and just closed it.

I hit the 4k spend on the WBC card in the 2nd month and received the 75k bonus points at same time along with the 40k points. Time to close it down now.

Your statement should confirm whether you met the threshold or not as it provides a points summary including the bonus points. If the Bonus points aren't there then that would be an issue..

10k points for $50 shops for four weeks offered like mentioned above for six accounts. A few of them have an immediate 1200 points for $30 stack.

I had the same with six accounts totaling 8700 points provided. Completed and all accounts got a few $10 for very small spend, actually made a profit as was less than the $43.50 the points were worth (if converted to cash).
