I emptied my CBA balance (Sign up for CBA Ultimate card and some spend) and ANZ Rewards points. Both went through instantaneously. Both had an entry for 20% bonus and ANZ had an extra entry for the 10% bonus bringing it to 30%.

Their systems are very poor at best. They are always good on honoring deals I give them that, but the number of times that requires follow up is deplorable.
