Does anyone have the name and email address of the Adelaide Hilton General Manager? I have an on-going charging issue which the hotel is not resolving.

I wonder how many points haven't been claimed. A lot I suspect and therefore not in Qantas's interest to do anything about it.

I phoned on Wednesday and, after 53 minutes on hold, the issue was fixed within 30 seconds. Points posted instantly. The refund of fees will take another 6 or so weeks.

They are expert at complicating life. On the basis it happened to someone else too, I'll sit pat for a week or two to see if they fix it. I don't need the points immediately either.

Life dealing with Qantas was never meant to be easy. I cancelled a domestic classic award flight 3 weeks ago and the points came back to my account yesterday. Woohoo! Well, to be strictly accurate the booking on one PNR was for two pax and the points came back for one pax! No sign of the fees...

This question has probably been asked and answered but is someone able to guide me whether a Qantas initiated cancellation and re-booking on a SYD-MEL flight five hours later is enough for me to insist on a refund rather than a credit ?

Following up, I have managed to use Qantas points. I booked MEL-SFO via NRT on JAL for a few days before Christmas 2020 at massive points but it still saved x thousand dollars. Then the non-stop MEL-SFO came up for the same day at 50,000 points per person less so I cancelled JAL and rebooked...
