There were no yellow split peas at my local WW yesterday. I was planning to make pea and ham soup with my frozen Christmas ham bone!

My son lives in the eastern suburbs of Sydney. On the way home from work yesterday he asked a neighbour who had been shopping why he had bought so much toilet paper and the reply was "because everyone else is"!!! Go figure:rolleyes:.

I am too😛. Flying to NRT direct with QF in 2 days. My daughter and SIL depart on Friday night with CI via Taipei.

We arrive late on Friday night so are staying at the Atura ADL then moving to the Hilton on Saturday and Sunday nights. Don't forget the Hilton Amex offer which expires on 31/1/20 - spend $400 get $80 back.

My +1 flew VA J (paid) today OOL-MEL-ADL. He phoned from MEL to say that they forgot to load lunch and the only offering was scone, jam and cream! Probably his least favourite thing😛. He didn't eat much in the lounge as flight arrival in MEL was 14:20.

Used Lifemiles to fly J to UK and Krisflyer miles to fly home from IST for a trip in Aug/Sept. Entered all flights in a spreadsheet and thought all was ok. When we checked in at IST we received BPs for IST-SIN-SYD (not BNE as noted on the spreadsheet). I told my +1 they must have made a mistake...

So, if it was a sink issue how were the crew washing their hands???:oops:
