It really annoys me that Hilton Diamond is a one-off benefit. I used it in 2012, have re-qualified Diamond each year on stays but sadly will be back to Blue on 1 April :(. Has anyone had any luck contacting Velocity to get Diamond a second (or third) time?

OMG - that combination does my head in! I just wish that I could put something like this together but I think I would get lost on the second booking!!! Have a fab time - I'm in awe and would so love to be doing the same run/s.

Put the ground staff member on the priority boarding queue and leave the FA on the standard queue.

On the subject of takeaway cups... I have asked countless times (and left online feedback) if the lounges would stock china mugs. So many people who want a bigger cup of coffee go for the takeaway option when they don't have to.

Hoping to attend my third AFF lounge crawl. I'm keen to take advantage of the current QF Asia sale and maybe do a couple of mileage runs to/from SIN. Is anyone else taken advantage of any intra-Asia deals? Now to do some research...

I just tried a quote for annual TI with 1Cover: "We Are Sorry! We are unable to provide cover for this trip. Travellers aged over 64 years are not covered for this trip." Not me of course, but my +1!

Thank you to everyone for a terrific weekend! The organisers all did a great job and the prizes were a bonus. So much thought and work went into making it so successful. We had a great weekend and are looking forward to the next event.

We’ve now checked into the Marriott. Had to wait 2 hours for our room - as Bonvoy Gold upgraded to an Opera House view room on the 29th floor.
