    Yep, they explained to me that I can continue to accrue status and points. I didn’t specifically ask about utilising or access status perks as I’m not in the air again until later in the year, but I’d assume that everything would operate as normal, barring redemption.

    I just had my account hacked. Password and contact and credential details changed. By some weird twist of fate I still have view access to my account via the app. 264400 points used for a flight redemption. There’s no way to get my account frozen until the morning is there?
