Lodged my passport renewal at my local PO April 6th and received in the mail today April 20 - was notified it was being shipped a week ago April 13 so took AusPost longer to ship it than the Passport Office to process it :)

Which are shared with Premium Y on my recent return flight to LHR and always had a long queue...so in my mind there is only one J loo at the front of the main J cabin which again is no good if you have paid $10k+ each way for full flex J...and again the loo is tiny!

Yes the single lav for the entire J cabin - and it's the size of a coffin. I've been spoilt flying some of the ME carriers which have toilets the size of studio apartments. QF need to improve their toilets for business class.

If someone has paid $8000++ for a J fare do they really want refilled tap water after their first 300ml runs out? First world problem I know but personally they can go jump! I've never had a ME or Asian carrier refill my bottle from the tap - if properly filtered then no problem.

When I arrived at LHR on Xmas Day on QF1 no one checked anything as the airport was deserted! Obv ensure you have all the correct paperwork but it seems hit and miss.

Yes for leisure and visiting family/friends. I would say some aspects are frustrating but the experiences make up for it eg the sun coming out just as I arrived at Stonehenge (first visit!). Zero fuss arriving into LHR at 4:30am not a soul around to check anything. A little more fuss leaving...
