Removing soap from toilets (coronavirus considerations aside) is pretty retarded, cameras should be installed in public toilets (sink area not cubicles) to dissuade vandalism and some of the other unwanted behaviours they seem to attract. Anyone caught damaging them gets picked up by the police...
