Can confirm that the Hilton Melbourne prepaid hotel collection rate worked for me, got the nights + HH points. Recognised me as Diamond as well.

Interesting to hear these stories for the UK and the US, will make sure to bring the US physical card then especially for supermarkets where it is 6x points on with the Hilton Surpass and 4x MR for the Gold card.

Deep down inside do wish we could get guaranteed SCs for reward flights with oneworld partner airlines at say a 30% rate of the class as a PC+ member but indeed that would open up a whole can of worms and enhancements lol. Plus it takes a bit more programming. Oh well...

I know some have done it already, but can confirm that you can finish all your 5 leaves towards the end of the existing membership year and then the rewards show up for 90 days. The 50 SCs can count towards the next membership year if you wait for it to roll over with the selections still there...

Hilton Brisbane is top notch, got the full Diamond-level experience there. Only Hilton-branded hotel which I got upgraded to a suite/top room free of charge in Australia. Everything was free for breakfast, even the made to order omelettes.
