Personal recommendation would be Petersons - however to clarify - NOT Petersons House (champagne house i think its called?) and there is a Petersons cellar on Broke road however i would very highly recommend going to the Mount View Petersons cellar, its only an extra 7~ or so min drive however...

Does your experience with it mirror Huon's? The description makes it very tempting for someone hunting for a cellarable wine, 2021 has done wonders for us wine drinkers

Hmm i just checked a few sources and that seems to be true, Lamella and Schubert Theorum seem to be generally in much higher demand though and sell closer to rrp + or - a bit. Doesn't look like they're getting released till 30th April, so i'm guessing we'll hear a lot more about them soon
