-HCMC the Sofitel is nice but have had a couple of good stays at the Novotel too. - Da Nang definitely the Novotel over the Grand Mercure IMO - Hà Nội, Sofitel Metropole is a gem if you want to spend a touch more. Haven’t stayed at any others

Absolutely worth it. Beers on the lounge are normally ice cold, food onboard is pretty decent and o find SkyTeam priority benefits are pretty consistent in Vietnam

How I miss those QR tag flights from ADL ☹️☹️ I’d just be happy getting any aircraft that has J from ADL to NZ, even a 737 would be fine

KLM were using the QF lounge in SIN but not sure if that’s still the case. In DPS you should have access to the GA lounge.

Definitely will look into this. Even as a status nobody with Radisson I thought their service, upgrades etc were fantastic in Norway so keen to try out some other properties

The SYD-ADL flight is just a regular domestic flight. You can collect your bags as normal and leave the airport. Come back the next t day and check in. Just be aware that QR wont stump up for the International lounge in ADL so allow a few minutes to get from the domestic lounge through immigration

Euro business seating is pretty much the norm. ITA often have cheap fares and some aircraft have lie flat seats which is a rarity in Europe

It’s an absolute dump. No way would I waste a lounge pass on it unless the pass was going to go to waste. My last couple of trips I haven’t even bothered entering the lounge

MH has 2 flights per day KUL-PER, one is on the 737 which operates 5-6 times per week and the other on the A330 which is daily. Have flown the route several times and never had a plane substitution. The A330 flight arrives after midnight which is not great.

It’s not a bad program but I just wish the booking platform was a tad better. It does get annoying when you see the flights you want but you have to call up to get the itinerary booked especially as I’ve found a lot of staff aren’t that knowledgeable

Run of the mill Euro business seating that has all Y seats with just the middle seat blocked for J. Food and beverages can be hit or miss and find most staff are pretty good. Had some really good BA and AF flights last trip to Europe but QF and VA domestic flights here are better IMO
