Yes VAG - Did avail Gold benefits with Hilton during my two recent stay in KL. However, both were booked online. What happened is that Citi Concierge will take your details (assuming you are an existing member) and upgrade you to Gold Status. If you are not a HH member, they will ask you to...

My thoughts exactly CE, albeit I am the only wine drinker in the family. Hopefully they do not introduce wines from regions that some of us from Asia Pacific haven't even heard of.

Citi NZ is non existent on CC. Other NZ CC have the lowest earn rate - usually into Airpoints, which in turn are a bit hard to earn and use. I am based out of Melb these days and shuttle to CHCH and Bangalore often - so my Prestige is keeping my points hunger satisfied.

    SQ Tips, Trips and Tales

Just thought I let you guys know an experience of mine recently with SQ. We(myself, wife and son) recently did a trip of Mel->Sin->REP on SQ (all J saver redemptions). While previously I have had success multiple times with 3 J saver redemptions to India, I could only get confirmation of 2 J...

    Check your points for discrepancies!

Thanks psi99. Had a couple of issues that I had to sort out with Citi. Got on the phone and raised the points discrepancy and the CSR offered 500 points which I negotiated to 1000 points. Worth the trouble of ringing Citi.
