Virgin has announced an increase in local destinations today. Thought I might have a quick trip from Bne to Darwin. Looked at Business redemption fares in August. Wait for it - 800,000 plus points, return, for 2 pax. Looked at cash fares only $4,400 !. Of course must be a mistake.

Like some others I purchased new ski gear. In my case new skis. What worries me most is that by the time I get to use them they will be out of date - that is wrong colour ! Oh the shame of it.

Waiting for points for cancelled flights to Europe. Advised some weeks ago that the refund could take up to 4 months. Being optimistic have booked European flights for next January and next April. I live in hope !
