I used it today. Not sure of the discount bc my original booking bounced (cookies, cache), then I remembered the code and when I went through the booking again the prices had increased (failed booking said I was last fare at that price and then there were 'only 5 seats available' 😓

Great check-in experience too, but I had exactly the same problem with inconsistent water temperature when I was there in Oct. I was told there was no problem, then the problem had been fixed, then I could change rooms ("Same floor?" "Er, yes" "So different system for each room?" "Erm, no...
