    Nope, I'm Hilton Platinum so it was only when I renewed for 2023 that I decided to try some others (where I have the choice). Some have been worth it (e.g. HIX Newcastle, as others have remarked). Indigo (based on one stay) reminded me of a W wannabe (from back in the day) without the polish.

    Pretty bad. Some small but annoying things: no tea and coffee in the room, resolved by a trip to reception; plans from the refurb still in a drawer, with some sawdust, again not a huge problem.
