    My experience was the other way around. Only 2000 on check out at some properties. No issues when cashing in when booking online.

    I've been told that I can use 2000 points upon check out. If I wanted to use more I would have had to do that during booking. Can't say whether this is new or right since I usually do use the points during the boooking process.

    If you don't automatically get a refund, give them a call. I know that for cancelling a cash booking with points upgrade, you need to call them up to get the points. Might be the same for aircraft change.

    Just booked SYD-HKG on 30 April in Y. Still can't select the W seats as WP. Lady in the service center could neither. I look forward to hearing from other flyers, whether they could pick one or J pax getting an F seat.

    I believe they hand out one version for a couple of months and go to the next design after they have used them all up.That’s based on my experience with my 5-6 flights in business last year.
