I read that issue too. I think I might do OK; SYD-DFW in 3A will be dark when I need sleep and them coming back YVR-SYD in 3K will hopefully only get light when I start to wake. I'll have the little fancy eye shades anyway so them will get a run anyway.

Did a dash 8 Syd-Dub this week. Going out absolutely full, was able to get 2B 5 days out. Row 1 full. Same day return, only half full and had 3B with a shadow, as did 1st 3 seated rows. Row 1 empty.

QF Ultimate card, member 12 years, didn't receive bonus points on a QF flight purchase. Made a complaint, heard nothing. Offered 15K points to stay, told them it wouldn't cover what I had missed out on and shut it down.
