Are the people who run these things/make these decisions so disconnected from what the average punter wants and how they get their information? I am guessing they have done a heap of analytics on their strategy, but may be just confirmation bias.

My parents were on the delayed downgauged service from DPS-MEL last night. Not happy. After waiting ages for baggage they ultimately got home at 3am, living about a 40 minute drive from the airport. They have been told will get a refund of $463 plus 2 x $400 vouchers.

Will the flight need to be load restricted for range?
