Someone on this forum several pages back plucked a Grange in their pack. I wouldn't buy the case on the basis of the Grange, - it's a very long shot bonus at best.

I had their lower end Pastiche Shiraz (don't think they make it anymore) at a restaurant a year or so ago and noted it in my phone as one to explore. The Tranter is a step up on the Pastiche, so hope it stacks up well and exhibits the Heathcote qualities we love.

Mainly shared it with friends and they were impressed. It was the 2017 vintage. Still have a couple sitting around. Good colour and depth, and well regarded by friends. Always helped with a decanter. Good value for the $30, not sure about the $72 odd. I think there will be some better...

Vintage Cellars have 10% of store wide (ends tomorrow). I got a good deal on a case of beer that was already discounted, and less the 10% came in a lot cheaper than i have ever seen it. It's also off wine etc.

A couple of articles i have read suggest GWD is not affected. Watch this space.

Decantered it for 2 hours first up, and it went down a treat. Very impressed. Great on the nose and very smooth. Will be joining others in loading up on a few more cases. Excellent value.
