My first statement cut on the 2nd of May, and I understood points would transfer at the same time and trigger the SC bonus. Nothing had occurred for a week so I call Virgin Money. Apparently some accounts are caught up with some issue with points transferring. It will either be resolved in 3-5...

Flew on VH-VUS on 22JAN VA979 BNESYD. It was flagged on departures screen as having in flight wifi, alas the wifi wouldn’t connect at all, so no in flight entertainment, let alone internet. :(

mmm, I qualified for Gold in June, and upgraded to Hilton Honors Gold, then when I hit Platinum in October, I was able to upgrade to HH Diamond. Give VA a call would be my recommendation.

I waited the 72 hours, the claim was rejected as the points/SCs were apparently already credited. Call to velocity and they had to add manually.

SYD 5PM and the premium entry was roped off. Zero queues through the standard security.

I applied for my missing flight today, for 31OCT. Got an error and told to call, and they said it had been submitted already and to wait 72 hours.

I flew BNESYD on Monday, and back on Tuesday. SYDBNE flight has hit my account today. I’m not bothered by this.
