Thanks for the questions, this makes me do more calculations. I normally eat in the airport for around $20-30, sometimes more, no drink though. Based on my annualy travel, I would say around 10-20 times(if I can access overseas/partner lounges at HKG, Japan and New Zealand).

I know for QFF, to be able to access Qantas international business lounge in Sydney airport, you need Gold status or above. How about CX Sliver? As per benefit of Macro polo, Silver status can already get lounge access.

Some update on getting the US Amex card. If you don't have SSN, credit score in US(like me), you can only get one card from the Global Transfer. This is what I have been told by the US Amex call centre when I asking if I can get the "Rose Gold" Gold Charge card.
